Roller Electrical

Terms of Trade

These terms set out the basics for work carried out by Roller Electrical. Any job-specific details agreed in writing on a quote or invoice will also apply.

Quotes

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on information and site conditions reasonably apparent at the time.

Variations

Customer-requested changes and additional work required because of unforeseen conditions may be charged separately.

Deposits and materials

We may require a deposit or advance payment for materials before work begins or before goods are ordered.

Electrical safety and certification

Electrical work will be carried out in accordance with applicable New Zealand requirements. Required certification will be provided for work completed by Roller Electrical.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
